Torba LEGUN / Legun camouflage bag.

Przerabiania starych Eastpak-ów ciąg dalszy.

Tym razem model "The One" , wygrzebany w ciucholandzie za bodajże 2 zł. 

Odcięty pasek i wypalone dziury tu i ówdzie ale ogólnie widać że mało używany , zamki błyskawiczne w świetnym stanie.

Czyli kondycja - "Do wskrzeszenia".

Continuation of reworking old Eastpak bags.

This time the "The One" model, dug up in a second-hand shop for about 2 pln.

Shoulder strap cut off and burnt holes here and there but generally shows little use, zippers in great condition.

"To resurrect" condition :)

Jako dawca nowej tkaniny posłuży kupiony u Irytującego Historyka worek z lekkiego poliestru w kamuflażu LEGUN.

Pierwotnie wzór ten był opracowany dla organizacji "Strzelec" a skończyło się na tym że poszedł na wojnę za wschodnią granicą.

The donor of the new fabric will be a lightweight polyester bag in LEGUN camouflage bought from the "Irytujący Historyk".

Originally, this pattern was developed for the organization "Strzelec" and ended up going to war in the Ukraine.

Najpierw demontaż  /  First, disassembly:

Szycie od nowa poszczególnych elementów. 

Z oryginalnej torby wykorzystane zostały zamki błyskawiczne , ścianka wewnętrzna z czarnego poliestru oraz czarna lamówka.

Czerwony poliestr zastąpiony tkaniną w kamuflażu LEGUN. 

Dwa metalowe d-ringi odzyskane z starego paska.

Nici użyte tutaj to zielone Ariadna Talia 80E w kolorze nr. 0758 - ładnie zgrywają się z Legunem.

Plus czarne Ariadna Tytan 60E gdzieniegdzie.

Generalnie odtworzyłem cały układ torby (kieszenie etc.)

Ponieważ Legun-owa tkanina była ciut lekka to zrobiłem podwójną warstwę wszędzie.

Re-sewing individual elements.

Zippers, black polyester inner wall and black piping were used from the original bag.

Red polyester replaced with fabric in LEGUN camouflage.

Two metal d-rings salvaged from an old belt.

The threads used here are green Ariadna Talia 80E in color no. 0758 - they match nicely with Legun camo.

Plus black Ariadna Tytan 60E here and there.

Generally, I reconstructed the entire layout of the bag (pockets, etc.)

Since the Legun fabric was a bit lightweight, I made a double layer everywhere.

No i mamy gotową torbę.

Zasadniczo nie było tu nic trudnego ani czasochłonnego - fajny szybki projekt.

The bag is ready.

Basically, there was nothing difficult or time-consuming here - a nice quick project.

Teraz jeszcze tylko skombinować jakiś pasek   /   Now all I need is a shoulder strap.

Lee Patchwork Jeans

Są takie dni kiedy nie można sobie znaleźć żadnego sensownego tematu do szycia ale jednak coś by się położyło pod stopkę maszyny...

Cokolwiek...  Tak aby posłuchać jak maszyna szumi.

Wyciągam wtedy jakieś zaległe pomysły , zwykle coś prostego.

Patchwork jest do tego idealny. Zawsze gdzieś tam krąży po głowie w tej czy innej formie.

Używane jeansy Lee + resztki różnych wojskowych tkanin. Niektóre dość stare.

There are days when you cannot find any meaningful sewing topic, but still something would be placed under the foot of the sewing machine ...

Anything...  So as to listen to the machine hum.

Then I pull out some overdue , forgotten ideas, usually something simple.

Patchwork is perfect for that moments. It is always somewhere in my head in one form or another.

Used , vintage Lee jeans + remnants of various military fabrics. Some of them fairly old.

Zasadniczo całość nie jest jeszcze skończona. 

Na razie odłożę je do szafy i od czasu do czasu coś będę dorzucał.

Np. skoro już doszyłem guziki na wysokości pasa to najprawdopodobniej powstanie jakaś forma szelek.

Basically, the whole thing is not finished yet. 

For now, I'll put them in the closet and add something from time to time.

For example, since I have sewed buttons at the waist level, most likely some form of suspenders will be created.

Nie zamierzam ich nosić :) Ot raczej taka sztuka dla sztuki...

NFZ-y i torba-nerka / Burns & bum bag

Wczesny ranek (tak około 6.00) , jeszcze nie całkiem obudzona głowa , chwila nieuwagi i około 1 litra bulgoczącego wrzątku poooszło na nogi :(

Generalnie odradzam - oparzenia to paskudny rodzaj ran. Długi i bolesny proces leczenia , ograniczona mobilność , cotygodniowe wizyty w szpitalnym gabinecie chirurgicznym na kontrolę.

W dodatku oparzenia bolą w dwójnasób - raz w miejscu potraktowanym wysoką temperaturą a drugi raz w aptece kiedy kupujecie wszystkie te medykamenty do leczenia.

Leczenie jest KOSZTOWNE :(

Early morning (around 6.00 am), head still not fully awake, a moment of inattention and about 1 liter of bubbling boiling water on legs :(

I generally advise you to avoid - burns are a nasty type of wound. A long and painful treatment process, limited mobility, weekly visits to the hospital surgery office for checkups.

In addition, burns hurt twice - once in a place treated with high temperature and the second time in a pharmacy when you buy all these EXPENSIVE medications for treatment.

Aby jakoś oderwać myśli od całego tego bajzlu - mały zaległy projekt.

Zaległy od prawie trzech lat jeśli dobrze liczę :)

Nerki Eastpak za 3,50 sztuka z ciucholandu. Poliestrowa tkanina lekko zmęczona życiem ale zamki błyskawiczne i pasek w bardzo dobrym stanie (i na tym mi głównie zależało).

To somehow distract my thoughts from all this mess - a little overdue project.

Overdue for almost three years, if I count correctly :)

Eastpak kidney for 3.50 PLN each from the second-hand. 

Polyester fabric a bit tired of life, but the zippers and the belts are in very good condition (and that's what I really wanted).

Jako pierwsza do demontażu idzie niebieska (bardziej zużyta tkanina).

The blue one (the more worn fabric) was the first to be dismantled.

Części z niebieskiego poliestru zostały odtworzone na nowym materiale. 

Wybrana tkanina to woskowana (przynajmniej tak było w opisie) bawełna w włoskim kamuflażu M29 (lub jednej z jego pochodnych). 

Następnie wszywanie zamków błyskawicznych i składanie w całość.

Poszczególne elementy gotowe do złożenia.

Zamiast zewnętrznej małej odstającej kieszonki (nie pasowała mi) jest wewnętrzna kieszeń na zamek.

Wszystkie metki wróciły na swoje miejsce plus autograf wykonawcy.

Blue polyester parts have been recreated on a new material.

The fabric chosen is waxed cotton (at least it was described in the description) in Italian M29 camouflage (or one of its derivatives).

Then sewing in zippers and putting them together.

Individual elements ready for re-assembly.

Instead of an outer, small, protruding pocket (i don't like it) there is an inner pocket with a zipper.

All tags were returned to their place, plus the craftsman's autograph.

I gotowe.  Taki mały "downgrading" , zamiana wytrzymałego poliestru na woskowaną bawełnę. 

Mnie pasuje.

Z następną czarną nerką będzie jeszcze gorzej :) 

Najprawdopodobniej użyte zostaną resztki bawełnianych pałatek z lat 50-ych.

Jeśli nic nie stanie na przeszkodzie...

And it's ready. Such a small "downgrading", replacement of durable polyester with waxed cotton.

It suits me.

It will be even worse with the next black waist pack :)

Most likely, the remnants of cotton shelter-half from the 1950s will be used.

If nothing gets in the way, of course ...
