Przerabianie koszuli flanelowej / Remaking of a flannel shirt.

Koszula flanelowa Angelo Litrico.

Z ciucholandu oczywiście - 12 zł. Fajna. 

Ale może by ją tak troche przerobić coby była jeszcze fajniejsza ?

Przeróbka będzie polegała na wszyciu elementów z cienkiego denimu tu i tam. Za źródło tkaniny posłuży inna koszula też z ciucha (6 zł).

From the second-hand of course - 12 pln. Very good condition , nice rich colors.

But why not remaking it a bit to make it even cooler ?

The conversion will consist of sewing in elements made of thin denim here and there. Another shirt (also from second-hand , 6 pln) will be used as the source of the fabric.

The patient is open in the shoulder area, new denim elements ready for sewing in. 

Następnie nowe mankiety i kieszenie na klacie. / Then new cuffs and chest pockets.

W pewnym momencie kusiło mnie aby zostawić całość w takim stanie jak na fotce , bez wymiany kieszeni. I może to był dobry pomysł.

At one point, I was tempted to leave the whole thing as it is in the photo, without replacing the pockets. Perhaps it was a good idea.

I tak to wygląda po skończeniu.  /  And this is what it looks like when finished. 

Miały być jeszcze owalne łaty na łokciach ale zrezygnowałem.

Użyte nici to czerwone Ariadna Talia 80E nr. 0921 no i już po uszyciu stwierdzam że jednak lepiej byłoby użyć do szycia denimowych wstawek nici w kolorze biel/jasnoszary/niebieski etc. zamiast czerwonych.

Ot taka konkluzja po zakończeniu szycia. 

Dopóki szyłem ta czerwona nitka na błękitnej tkaninie była OK.

Kiedy skończyłem zupełnie mi nie pasuje...

Oraz do zrobienia dziurki na guzik pod szyją (już na denimowej wstawce) powinienem był użyć cieńszej nici. Tutaj użyłem 80 - tki i dziurka na guzik odstaje od reszty :/

There were also supposed to be oval patches on the elbows but I gave up. 

The threads used are red Ariadna Talia 80E no. 0921 and after sewing it, I say that it would be better to use white / light gray / blue thread etc instead of red for sewing denim inserts.

Just such a conclusion after finishing sewing.

As long as I was sewing, this red thread on the blue fabric it was OK.

When I finished it does not suit me at all ...

And to make the buttonhole under the neck (already on the denim insert) I should have used a thinner thread. Here I used 80 - threads and the buttonhole sticks out from the rest :(
